* Conveniently located between Gatlinburg Downtown and Pigeon Forge with tons of trails just a short car ride away.
* shuttle buses are available from the resort to downtown Gatlinburg and from the Visitor's Center in Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge
* The waterpark is open year-round and is free to guest. wrist bands are provided at check-in.
* there are multiple pools thru-out the resort with the main pool at the top of the resort. the main pool has a bar and scheduled live music.

We had a great stay, room was as listed and very clean, resort has great amenities and we highly enjoyed our stay and would stay again! My husband loved all the bear activity here too! Thank you!

Awesome vacation , resort was phenomenal, will go back again!!
On the negative side, maintenance for the resort was a little lax, hvac filter was long over due for changing, sliding dr did not lock to balcony, rocking chair had loose bolts at the bottom.
Overall great stay!
