This fantastic (and rare) top-floor ocean-front 4BR location is the perfect turnkey vacation spot - a private owner-managed property that is convenient, comfortable and makes a terrific family retreat.
Come relax and play at this 4-bedroom newly updated (2023) Summer House condo! Balcony features fabulous view of the Atlantic Ocean from this top floor condominium unit. Enjoy beach time with friends and family with just a short 100-yard walk to the soft sandy beach. Or lounge and relax by the newly renovated pool with stone deck and updated furniture. This comfortable condo overlooks a wide beach where sand dollars and starfish can be found. It also overlooks one of the famous Wild Dunes golf courses (easy walk to WD Links Course).
The ~1800 square foot condominium is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/ dryer. Multiple televisions along with complimentary high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi. All linens and bath towels are included - please bring your own beach towels! The condo is professionally cleaned prior to each arrival. Check-in time is at 4pm or later (flexible); check-out is at 10am. No pets or smoking allowed.
This 5th floor unit includes 6 beds in 4 bedrooms, and easily sleeps 8-10. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with en suite bath, and another king bed in second master bedroom with en suite bath. Both master bedrooms feature additional seating as well as ocean/beach-view windows and direct balcony access - you can sleep with the doors open and go to sleep to the sound of crashing waves, wake to the sun and sounds of gulls (or not - pull the blackout blinds and sleep in!).The third bedroom in rear of condo has two double beds (great for 4 kids) with a shared hall bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds with en suite bathroom. We’ve found this to be a great setup for a group of 3-4 couples, two families of 4-5 each, or a large family with grandparents in tow. The covered balcony (access from 2 master bedrooms and the family room) offers outdoor seating and overlooks both the upgraded swimming pool and the Atlantic Ocean.
Elevator and stair access in close proximity to condo unit and parking location. The entire building exterior was refurbished in 2025 and the Elevator shaft was completely redone and is working great!
Wild Dunes is located 30 minutes from historic Charleston and is an exclusive resort community featuring two nationally acclaimed golf courses, tennis club, shops, bike rentals, the nearby IOP marina, and a variety of programs and activities for adults and children of all ages.

The condo was beautiful. We had everything we needed. Except the elevator. LOL! We were on the 5th floor and it was inoperable for several days. Something to think about before renting a top floor condo next time. Certainly not our host's fault, they were great. Highly recommend for the able bodied.

It was a wonderful week following our 60th wedding anniversary celebration. We were joined by our adult children and two adult grandchildren. The owners were very accommodating and helpful whenever needed. We were able to relax, and everyone had their own space. The close proximity to the pool and beach was a plus. The Wild Dunes community, Isle of Palms and nearby Sullivan's Island are great places to vacation and visit. I hope we can go again soon.

This condo was perfect for our group of four moms and four teenage girls. It overlooked the pool and the beach. A short walk to the beach was nice. We rented chairs and umbrellas from IOP Beach Chairs which worked out perfectly. We had everything we needed in the condo. There was an issue with the elevator at the time we were there, but that was no fault of the owner and he did everything he could to make it right. I would definitely recommend renting from them.

The condo was great for a Cousins Beach vacation. The view is absolutely amazing, and only downside was…we did not have longer to stay.
