The home was exceptionally well stocked for a large group. Plenty of room to stretch out in the living room and the kitchen was a cooks dream with plenty of space for more than one cook! The mosquitoes were awful this year so bring mosquito repellent! Our group throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming to SunRiver again!!

The house is beautiful, well-appointed (included a brand-new propane grill), and a golf course is always a pretty backdrop. It felt enormous with vaulted ceilings and a majestic fireplace. The decor was clean and uncluttered. It wasn't obvious (to me) that the homeowners association benefits were not available, as the Bennington rentals are not part of the association, although there are some discounts offered on some of the services. I ended up in one of the queen beds, which moved a lot when a partner rolls/tosses/turns. It seemed very lightweight. Aside from those little issues, this was a fantastic stay, and the area was filled with entertainment. I would rent again. If you could swap out the queen with a heavier king set-up, it'd go a long way.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:We were in Sun River for a family reunion and found this house an EXCELLENT gathering place for a large group (about 70 people). We had 4 families staying in the house and it never felt crowded. Its in a quiet area and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking we needed to do. Bennington is a great company to work with. They mailed out forgotten items immediately. Definitely would stay here again.
