New in 2020, large patio with firetable and plenty of seating. The house is minutes from many recreational activities, Gunstock mountain, Weirs beach, Funspot the world's largest indoor arcade, movies, restaurants, hiking trails, Ellacoya state park beach and Meadowbrook(Bank of New Hampshire pavilion) which is a popular concert venue.

All of the above house was clean Carolyn was an excellent host /pet friendly /family friendly and breathtaking views. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and we will definitely be back. House was very nice, beautiful property and great location. By the 2nd day I had the grill run out of propane with about 3lbs of tips half cooked. There were two more tanks in the shed both empty. The same night the propane tank ran out for the propane fire pit. And we went to use the hottub the next day only to find it empty and full of leaves and pine needles. Last day when I went to do some laundry there was a load still in the machine from prior tenants. Overall great house but requires better management.
