PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $40.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will be purchased from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.
PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

This was the 7th trip that we’ve taken to Gulf Shores and this condo has the best view!! We appreciated the fast elevators, on property security, the ease of buying ice from security, the check-in process, and the bathrooms by the entrance to the beach. A few updates need to be made to the condo - the rug in the living room is very worn. The trim, doors, and baseboards need to be painted. The ice maker was slow. And the bed in the guest room has a sink hole in the middle and should be replaced. Also the black smudges around the decking of the pool, I’m assuming it’s mold.

The balcony has an icredible view of the gulf. Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing beach get away. The pool is nice but we spent most of our time in the white sand on the beach.

The unit was recently painted and it was difficult to get into the unit due to dried paint that somewhat sealed the door. When we opened the door to the washer/dryer area and it fell off. We reported it. The overall experience was just average.

We were disappointed in the condition of the unit. The blinds in the master bedroom did not work. There was no privacy from the patio. The unit itself is in need of updating. Even a good cleaning and paint would help. The mirror in master bedroom is plastic and is falling off the wall.
We have stayed in Gulf Shores several times and this unit did not come close to
measuring up to any of the units we have rented.
The security man and other employees were all very nice.
