It is quiet and centrally located within minutes from shops, food and entertainment. Enjoy GOLF course amenities, TENNIS & PICKLEBALL, spas for rest and relaxation, a lively walk in quaint downtown Palms Springs (10 min drive) or listen to live music at the River outdoor Mall. Treat yourself to a day of adventure at the nearby aerial tramway to enjoy spectacular views from an altitude of 8500 feet. Enjoy hiking in the mountains and lunch or dinner at the lookout lounge. For exciting Vegas style gambling, visit the nearby Casinos. All within minutes!! ... Also a great place to stay for any of the Music Festivals in town. Airport is 10 minutes away.

The unit is a pretty basic vrbo. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed for an 8 night stay.The bed was VERY comfortable.

A perfect setting!
When we walked in we noticed how clean it was. The towels were beautifully folded which denotes attention to detail.
The bed is a king and very comforable.
The kitchen is well appointed. There is a great BBQ on the deck. High end washing machine! We walked right off our deck to the pool, hot tub and courts. There is a friendly group of folks who quickly welcomed us to play Pickle ball.
There was a problem with the hot tub . I contacted our host who lent his voice to the owners to resolve the issue. The hosts were always prompt and positive in addressing our issues. We would highly recommend this unit!!!

We so enjoyed our month long stay in this comfortable and well-appointed condo! It had everything we needed, was super clean, and the owners are so nice and helpful. We would highly recommend this rental.
