This 3 story spacious home is equipped with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 6 TV's, beautifully landscaped backyard, terraces and ample common areas to accommodate a comfortable stay for 12 guests.
This 3-story, spacious home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. It is tastefully built with white carrera marble and decorated with top-of-the line hand-crafted Mexican decor.
This villa boasts everything you need for a luxurious getaway including:
- 6 Large Bedrooms
- 5 Bathrooms (5 showers)
- Fully Equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances
- 6 Flat Screen TV's with cable
- 3-Car Garage and driveway to accommodate up to 14 cars
- Beautifully landscaped backyard with Pool, both Gas and Wood-Burning BBQ's, Outdoor Bar & 16 lounger chairs. Pool comes equipped with LED lighting to create an elegant nighttime experience for parties and romantic relaxing nights.

Interaction with guests
We can arrange private transportation too/from the airport for $85 each trip. The property manager Carlos will be meeting you at the villa and he will provide you with a brief tour, provide you with keys, answer all of your questions & most importantly make you feel welcome. During your stay he will be available 24hrs/day by phone, text or email to assist you with any excursions, car rentals, or transportation needs. We can gladly give recommendations on activities, restaurants, bars, fishing trips and everything you have planned for your stay.

The villa is located in Villa Serena- a luxurious private gated community. You will be surrounded by beautiful villas, friendly neighbors, very quiet, wide streets where you can go for a walk, run and enjoy the healthy air of Los Cabos, in contact with the nature and enjoying the wonderful views of the Sea of Cortez.

Getting around
Taxi cabs are accessible, affordable and safe in Los Cabos! We will have a list of taxi numbers available for you to call at the villa ( with the villa home phone). However car rentals and private drivers are also available and commonly used by visitors and can be arranged by your host.

The house was big and beautiful and in a great location. Close to the grocery store and Costco and not too far town. We had a group of 10 for a bachelorette party and the house did not disappoint. Our host was so helpful and even helped us arrange rides throughout the weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Cabo Bello in Villa Serena. The location was great - easy to get to town. Our group of 10 enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. Plenty of outside lounging options at both the pool and the deck overlooking the Sea. Carlos, the property manager, was amazing. Check in was a breeze and he helped secure transportation, and in-home Covid tests when needed. He was very responsive and a pleasure. I highly recommend this villa for families or groups of friends. Now trying to figure out when we can return!

This property was amazing. House fully stocked with everything you need. Lots of space for big groups. Close to shops and downtown. Carlos the property manager and Frank the owner were very attentive and helpful. Looking forward to coming back!

What a fantastic property! The house is beyond amazing and in a quiet gated community! Theres awesome views from the large balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez and a great pool with plenty of space to entertain on the other side of the house. The house has tons of space to spread out and relax. The master suite is beautiful and has excellent views of the ocean. You can always find a quiet spot to chill in the house or enjoy a cold cocktail with friends and family, there is that much room in the house or you can walk down to the private beach for a picnic. The kitchen and dining areas are great and all the living areas offer tons of space. Carlos, the property manager could not have been more accommodating. He made sure our stay was perfect as could be. Thank you Frank for an unforgettable stay in Cabo!
