Unbeatable Direct Gulf Access Heated Pool Home with a Hot Tub and 6 bedrooms!

The whole experience was great.

We feel the house was very nice, clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The house needs a little upkeep…light bulbs, pillows lacking, mattress some good some not, kayaks are showing wear-cracks. On the whole it was good 4 stars

Fantastic place to stay. 3 families with four teenagers. There was plenty to do, whether it was swimming kayaking fishing or just sitting around enjoying the view of manatees swimming by the dock. Host was very responsive to our questions/inquiries. Would definitively go back.

All in all we will remember our holiday as a great one but need to cover and highlight some issues we experience. Unfortunately the review system does not give us the possibility to reply to the owners(which will probably come after we post this one and will, or will not, present real events). The house is great. It was large for all of us (5 Adults and 6 children). Issues - No full size oven. This issue was known to the owner, but was neglected to inform us. We expected to be able to cook meals and eat together as a family yet since arrival we have to pick and choose what one thing we can bake and also have to split it in 2 batches due to only having access to a half size working oven. We were told a repair is coming, but the technician could not fix the issue. The oven we just assumed would be in working order during out stay, for 9days it is essentially a half size oven. We had 4 days (7/21-8/3) we had to wait for the spa to even turn on as we waited for the pool guy to repair. When we booked this location we specifically filtered for pool and hot tub these are amenities we expected to have during our entire stay. It is unfortunate these amenities were not checked and confirmed to be in working order before our arrival. The property manager (Jill)was reachable over the WhatsApp but surprised us with a very disturbing visit where she just stood outside the glass front door, monitoring what we are doing. She wanted "to see" if the pool slide door is getting closing and was, in her own words, "looking thru the door for a very very long time".This is Unacceptable ! She was even "funny" to mention that she did already walked on some guests naked, but "She" (!) didn't mind it.The bikes were out of order for 10 days. Reading the other reviews, we thought that if we tell Jill on time, these will get fixed. This was unfortunately not the case and we could not use the bikes for more then half of the booked time. We were asked no to set up the AC temp below 75.F (!). Sorry but this is a joke. Jill informed us that the AC upstairs is old and therefor should not be used during the day. The 2nd AC floor/last room was very load during the night and sounded like an urgent repair or replacement is urgently needed. Issues like that should be communicated in advance, before we arrive, and not confronting us with the known issues, that could have been mentioned in this listing. We are looking forward to hear back from owner/property manager regarding our claims.
