Beautiful 1 bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed, queen size futon, sleeps 4, Add'l living space. Living room, kitchen, 1 bath, covered front porch.3 T.V.'s, 2 are flat screen, DVD player, stereo, portable charcoal barbecue. All kitchen amenities. Close to club house, swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts. Live music on weekends during the summer months, Full calendar of events, beautiful laundry facility, gated community. Great little place! I would have liked to know that you cannot stand in the upper level...it is more of an attic. I also didn't like the thermostat was locked. It was SOOOO hot upstairs

If I were listing this property, I would ensure the photos represent as honest a portrayal of the property as possible. In the case of this property, we were a bit caught off guard that the entire upstairs bedroom and loft area had a ceiling height of just over 4 1/2 feet. Looking back at the listing photos, the upstairs photos for the most part cut off the ceiling making it difficult to judge scale. To be fair, if I were to build a tiny home, I would be proud of this one but, if I were listing it for rent, I would lead with the fact it is a tiny home. One other issue was the fact that the check-in instructions we were sent misspelled the street name which led to Google Maps taking us on a wild goose chase the evening of check-in. A call to the owner/manager went unanswered for the remainder of our stay but we did finally find it. Again, if you are looking for the tiny home experience, this is a great one in a great location. If you’re expecting to be able to stand up enough to get dressed in the upstairs bedroom, this may not be for you.
