This modern two-level townhome offers the luxuries of a gas fireplace, private hot tub and steam shower, as well as the convenience of a washer/dryer, gas grill and single car garage.
Enjoy the simplicity of accessing Breckenridge Ski Resort via private shuttle service during the winter months or walk over to the Breckenridge Golf Club during the summer.
3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom modern townhouse with private patio and jetted hot tub. There is plenty of seating in the living room to play a board game or enjoy a movie by the gas fireplace. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook meals for the whole family to enjoy together in the dining area that seats eight.
All three bedrooms are located on the second floor of the townhome.
