About this house rental
New to the 2017 rental market. Bright and cheery house with tile and bamboo flooring and plantation shutters. The mostly wooded, landscaped back yard is a peaceful, natural backdrop for the screened heated pool area (extra charge for pool). The master bedroom (king) with ensuite offers privacy from other bedrooms. The walk-in shower is over-sized and there is plenty of closet space. The other 2 bedrooms (queen; two twins/TV) are separated by a full bath and there is a door to close off this area from the rest of the house for more privacy. This property is on a quiet street yet close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and the Cape Haze Pioneer Bike Trail.

The house was mostly as described. Everything we needed for a good vacation. The bikes were a big hit with the close by trails. Chairs and umbrellas for our beach excursions.
The only drawback was the dot concrete recycling plant that is less than 1/2 mile away as the crow flies . The recycling plant is fairly new to the area. Less than 2 years. Their vehicles start before 6 am and work until 5 pm Monday thru Friday. The constant noise of construction vehicles and the constant back up beeping of noises is not pleasant. If you happen to be there on a concrete recycling day, you will be subjected to very loud noise all day. The continuous noise Is absolutely mind numbing. I am an early riser and usually am up for 3 hours sitting outside and reading by the pool. It was not quiet at all. It was hard to concentrate, and at 5 pm it was amazing how tranquil this house became. If you are going to be out and about all day or inside the house until 5 on weekdays, this house is great for you. It is unfortunate that this concrete recycling plant is so close and so loud. There were many reviews of this house, which led to our rental and none mentioned the constant noise.
What we look for in a vacation rental is a nice quiet neighborhood, which this house did not supply on the times we wanted to be outside enjoying the peace and quiet.
You could not hear the construction noise inside the house, except for the concrete crushing days. Outside was loud!
