THERE ARE 3 BEDROOMS ON THE MIDDLE FLOOR - ALL WITH ENSUITE BATHROOMS. (TWO of those rooms are KING beds) The 3d bedroom on the middle Floor is two sets of bunk beds.
TWO BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS OFF KITCHEN - SHARE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. One bedroom is a queen bed with a bunk bed set for small children., The other bedroom has a king bed with a bunk bed set for Children.
Master Bedroom #1: KING 'CAPTAINS ROOM' - sleeps 4 (2 in King Bed) and (2 on full size futon) with large ensuite bathroom and private deck attached.
Master Bedroom #2 KING 'SAILORS ROOM' - sleeps 2 IN KING BED, plus single futon at foot of bed. Plus external cots or mats.
Grandma's Room upstairs: Just off elevator QUEEN PLUS TWIN Bunks sleeps 4

PORCH ROOM off kitchen - 1 King Bed, and 2 twins, bunk-- sleeps four.
Marble Floors in Entry. New in 2023 LVP floors throughout all living areas . Kitchen has double convection ovens, double trash cans. Master Bath has dual vessel sinks. THREE COVERED. PORCHES (These are often referred to in glowing terms in our reviews) 5th bedroom off Kitchen is surrounded by Windows and catches ocean breezes. Also has central A/C and Heat.
Kitchen and Living area have vaulted ceilings and are surrounded by Windows - giving the upstairs living area of this home, a New York Loft feel. Located at the end of the island that is only 1/2 mile wide from Ocean to back river. Walk to Ocean for sunrise and back river for sunset. Walk 2 minute to shopping, dining, beach. Walk to Library and IGA and Deli! This home has 2 CENTRAL A/C's and one window AC that is a back up in the living room - for those extra hot days.

This house is in a great location - South end of the island, 1 block from Butler (Main Street) and Tybrisa. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Go one more block and you are at the beach! Our host Marsha was always very responsive with all our questions and was very helpful.

This home was perfect for our multi-generation spring break trip. House was well-stocked, had plenty of room, and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great—we were able to walk everywhere. Marsha was a kind, attentive host — we hope to stay in this lovely home again!

This is a beautiful home within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with more than enough pots, pans, dishes, appliances, etc. There are plenty of bath towels, 8 beach towels, 3 wagons, 8 plus beach chairs, and plenty of beach and pool toys. It was so nice having 2 washers and 3 dryers, especially with kids and after making use of the pool and hot tub. After a long day of beach time, you can get rested up for the next fun filled day in the most comfortable beds!!! It truly felt like our home away from home. Marsha is an amazing host and so easy to communicate with. We loved everything about Tybee and our stay here.
