This historic cottage was once home to Sam Houston Johnson, brother of Lynden Baines Johnson, 36th President of the United States. Distinctly appointed with country chic furnishings, you will find a luxurious king size bed in the master bedroom and a full size bed inthe second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need; there is a coffee maker and a microwave. A quaint and historic stay! Host was very responsive and dealt with a couple of questions quickly for us. Excellent location within walking distance of downtown Johnson City and easy access to all wineries in the area.

This a lovely two bedroom cottage with a fully furnished kitchen that we enjoyed over an extended weekend. It’s located just off 290 and is in easy walking distance to downtown Johnson City.

The house is so cute and in a great location, just seemed neglected and could use some updating. The yard was not mowed, trash bins were stuffed full, could not enjoy the outdoor spaces for the overgrowth. Beds were comfortable.
