Shoal Towers, unit 1 11 Shoal Bay Road - Wi Fi Air Conditioning fantastic unit across the road from beach

Location was extremely handy, kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfy.

The lock on the door was not easy to open. Very sticky. No air/con but we really only needed it one day of the four that we stayed.

Great location! Great two bedroom apartment, close to shops and waterfront. Lovely view from side balcony and very affordable!! My sister, her partner, my partner and I were happy with what this apartment had to offer!

Unfortunately the property was extremely dirty and it was evident that it hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time, their was a lot of dust and visible uncleanliness particularly in the bedrooms. However the kitchen did seem clean. I did speak to the agents that I booked the property with when checking out who kindly apologised and advised if this type of thing were to happen again that they would send a cleaner out straight away, which is great that they were too concerned and were happy to listen to mine. I’m writing this in hope the owner can see it so they are aware of how their property is being maintained, in the current state the world is in at the moment - covid -19. I think it’s important that places of accomodation are being cleaned throughly to keep our community safe. If I were the property owner, I too would wish to know. I would love to stay again assuming it’s clean.

The location.

The master bedroom door was broken. Couldn't close it or open it easily. The main door lock takes at least 2 minutes of vigorous sharing to open.
