The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Maarten Penthouse 5 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy beach theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and provides plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch event converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for eight with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.
The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a luxurious jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort and offer unbeatable views of the resort grounds. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. The second guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. The second guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Just steps from both the first guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We really enjoyed our condo!! Having the garage to leave your chairs and beach stuff was so convenient. The condo was very spacious! Loved our Gulf views, it was perfect for us!

Our family stayed comfortably in this beautiful penthouse condo for one week. The location is great--close proximity to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, deep sea fishing, water park, entertainment venues for the children. The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the necessities. The view from the balcony is breath-taking. The double enclosed garage was an added perk. It was roomy enough for two of our vehicles, and we stored all our beach toys there each evening--very convenient. We considered this one of the best and most convenient places in which we have stayed. We will definitely consider it again in the future.
