The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for four with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom, the primary bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. Our third time at silver shells, first in this unit, and we loved it. Elevator opening into the unit is really cool. The resort has it all, even the gym and pickleball is clean and new. Beach, pool, and gulf are all top notch and why you come to Destin. View from the balcony is incredible.
if I had to nitpick: table on balcony is shedding, sharp, rusty, and extremely wobbly with broken legs, needs to be thrown out. The unit could be stocked a little better, bathroom and kitchen stuff is really the cheapest, bare minimum options, and for a stay that is really outstanding, could be a little better for the money.
-maybe some other minor updates throughout the unit but overall it’s wonderful, would highly recommend.

We were seldom there as we were out doing other things. I did not see anything that would be a negative of the condo. Will probably find another place next year but not because this unit was undesirable. Just looking for something a little bit more.
