About this apartment rental
This beautiful boutique building is perfectly maintained and houses only 19 condo units, located right on the gulf of Mexico our unit #403 has been recently redecorated and has a new kitchen as well!! The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a new mattress that is very comfy. There is plenty of storage and large clothes washers and dryers available at no charge. The views from this 4th floor unit are wonderful but you will spend most of your time on the beach or at one of the many great restaurants located within walking distance. There are also 10 local watering holes to check out on the beach. True beach bars accessed from the beach. This building is one of a kind and very secure. You will never want to leave!!!

The condo was lovely. It was very clean and had plenty of linens to use as well as supplies. The view was very good even though it wasn’t full frontal towards the beach. We have stayed in high rise condos and this one was smaller but we enjoyed that. Fellow renters were friendly, the manager was very friendly and the host was very friendly and informative. The host also responded quickly to any questions I had.

This spot was wonderful for beach access and easy access to various restaurants on St. Pete's Beach. Lovely clean spacious place with comfortable bed & wonderful balconies. One very large balcony with view to the Bay and a separate side balcony with views to beach and the bay. We were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked if you do want to cook or use their grills. The pool area was quite nice and it is a short walk out to the ocean. They do provide beach chairs and umbrellas for guest to use, which is amazing. Assigned parking spots makes parking a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.

Flora was friendly and efficient from the beginning of the booking process. The check in was easy and the room was clean and was just steps away from the beach. There was a private entrance just off the pool which was very convenient going and coming from the beach. There is a keurig, I would suggest bringing your own pods. The view on the balcony was a corner view but still beautiful and relaxing to have morning coffee. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely book here again!
