This property has beautiful views and very easy beach access! Also, super quiet because it’s on the top floor and with only two units on each floor, has only one shared wall and bedrooms have no shared walls. It is a walk up, but just two floors, so not an issue unless significant mobility issues. We are a family of 5 with older K-12 aged kids and it was perfect!

The location couldn’t have been better! Right on the beach and the condo had everything you needed and more! Extra beach equipment came in handy! We’ll definitely be back!

The best thing about this condo is the location and views of the beach. It has so much potential but the condo building is poorly maintained. I don't think the stairwells and area surrounding the building have been cleaned in years--dirty, dingy and lots of cigarette butts marring what could be a lovely place. The cleaning crew needs to step-up their game. The tables, lamps, ceiling fans, blinds, TVs were covered in a think coat of dust. Half of the dishes in the cupboards had been put away unwashed which doesn't make for a good first impression. The owners have done a nice job of decorating and equipping the condo and it could be just perfect with a little extra TLC.
