We stayed here over Christmas with eight people. there’s plenty of room, a big, well equipped kitchen and nice game room on the lower level. Just a few, very minor concerns: if there were a snow storm, getting up the road to the property (which is at the top of a hill, would be challenging; my wife has some mobility issues; there are lots of stairs, which she negotiated only with effort; we live in Colorado, so while the Mountain View’s were beautiful and plentiful, they weren’t the absolutely best we’ve seen in the area; finally, the owner was kind enough to put up a large Christmas tree for us—alas there was a problem with the electricity which was never resolved, in spite of efforts by a handyman. So the tree was unlit most of the time. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend this property.

The house, location and views were absolutely perfect.
The house was very clean and organized and worked out perfectly for our varied age range of 8 people.
I don't know that it would have changed our decision to stay at the property, but I wish I would have known that there was construction going on next door and that the home did not have air conditioning Fortunately, with the nice breeze throughout the day, the house was only hot a couple of late afternoons, when we typically were on our way out and there were only two construction workers on the property next door, so the noise did not spread through the house or property, but did impact the master brm and brm next to the master. All and all we really enjoyed our stay and didn't really feel the need to leave as there was enough space for all of us and the decks and views were fantastic
