This comfy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom vacation home is ideally located in the wonderful neighborhood, Lava Falls at Entrada in Santa Clara City and consists of just 20 homes. Santa Clara offers the benefit of being close to everything, yet feels like you're in your own private paradise away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The benefit of staying in this neighborhood is that unlike most rentals in the Saint George area this home is not on the outskirts of town where you give up the convenience of close proximity to amenities such as grocery stores, entertainment & dining BUT it is also not "in town" or stuffed into a neighborhood of 100's of rentals in such a busy neighborhood that you might as well be on vacation in downtown Salt Lake.
Another benefit of this location is the close proximity to the new Black Desert Resort where you can enjoy golf, spa treatments and a variety of dining experiences. Really nice and comfortable duplex. Well stocked, everything you could possibly need. Met nice neighbors at the pool. Good location, we were not far from anything.

The unit was spacious, clean and very well appointed. Kitchen had many provisions we hadn't expected. ebd was very comfortable and bathroom had ample drawer storage and large counters with double sinks. Traffic noise was apparent but quieted very much by dark each day of our stay. Barbecue worked well and rear patio was very private and had a large table with comfortable chairs. Pool was well maintained and we had it all to ourselves on three separate visits. Though it was just behind the property a person wouldn't know it was there as terrain hid it from view. We brought our bikes and were able to base all our rides right from the large garage that easily accomodated our car and bikes. It was very nice to not load our bikes each day on the back of our car to drive somewhere else to ride. Saint George has an excellent bike path system so we were able to mostly ride without any auto traffic.
