About this house rental
Master Bedroom with king size bed - 40' TV, master bath with separate shower and garden tub. Bedroom 2 queen size bed - 40' TV. Bedroom 3 Twin over full bed and futon. Bedroom 1 & 2 also have a remote controlled ceiling fan. Large 55' LED TV in living room. WI-FI available at home. Fully stocked kitchen. Large private pool with a hot tub. The pool is open year round. Pool is NOT Heated, however the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The hot tub can be heated at the touch of a button within an hour at no additional cost. The property is located close to a city park that has baseball fields, volleyball court, tennis courts, skate park, picnic pavilions and a playground.
House is located 10 minutes from the Tuacahn Theater, 10 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park, 40 minutes from Zions National Park, 1.5 hours to Las Vegas, 3 hours to Bryce Canyon, 3 hours to the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
**This home is a non-smoking and no pets property**
This property requires a 3 night minimum stay, except during the Huntsman Senior Games for all bookings. Stays during the Huntsman Senior Games require a 2 week minimum stay.
Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed at the front door, driveway, side door and backyard. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

We have stayed here several times over the last 10 years and we keep returning to this hidden Utah Oasis. The pool is fantastic; the palm trees provide shade in the afternoon heat; its a very quiet neighborhood so peaceful and relaxing we look forward to unplugging here each year. The house have everything you could need - the beds are comfy too. The hosts are very responsive and helpful too. Lots to explore in the area with Snow Canyon just a few minutes away, Zion about an hour, Bryce about 2.5 hours an Las Vegas 1.5 hours; shopping near by in St George and lots of golf options; although its usually too hot for me to golf in July. We've already booked our 2027 stay and can't wait!

Our family of 8 loved this house for a quick summer getaway. The pool, coveted patio, BBQ was our family’s favorite part. The kids loved the Coke machine in the garage. What a fun little aspect. Clean property. Wonderful neighborhood. Great communication from the owners. Wonderful

We love our time at this house! It is always a seamless check-in process and always clean and welcoming. Janice and Howard are friendly and communicative. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies and it makes it easy to cook in (and BBQ out back) so you spend as much as you can by the pool.
