About this house rental
Our house operates under the homeshare short term rental permit here in the city of La Quinta. The homeshare short-term vacation rental permit is a type of permit whereby the owner hosts visitors in the owner's house for lengths of stay less that thirty days while the owner lives on-site and in the dwelling throughout the visiting occupant's stay.
Our DESERT RETREAT house is very centrally located and we have a large property with lots of privacy including a private saltwater pool and spa. Amazing views from every area of the property and each of our rooms has a French door to outside patio areas.
The primary bedroom has a California King-sized bed with an en suite full bathroom. The first of our guest bedrooms has a California King-sized bed with its own large-screen television. The other guest bedroom also has a California King-sized bed. We also have a Queen-sized sofa bed available.
Additionally, we are within walking distance of about fifteen different restaurants, three local markets, and a brand-new state-of-the-art luxury movie theater.
In terms of sporting options in addition to our pool and spa, we have both a Bocce Court and Horseshoe Pits on our property. There are great hiking trails nearby biking routes and lots of great outdoor activities (golf, tennis, etc.).
This house is ideal for long term stays of one month (31 days) or more.

We really enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful home it had all the house essentials very clean and quiet area, my kids loved the pool and everything was easy-to-use check in was easy the host was nice and answered all my questions i would definitely stay here again

The property is very well maintained and cared for. The site has everything thing you need for your stay including a steamer which came in handy. The backyard was perfect for the kids who stayed in the pool from sun up to sun down.

Skip was a wonderful host. He was great with communication and the home was just as described, beautiful!Perfect get away for a group of guys to celebrate my husbands birthday. They enjoyed the home and location was perfect. Highly recommend!
