About this cottage rental
Imagine your own private little getaway, a haven of renewal and relaxation. A time away from the stress and busyness of life to be rejuvenated. Oversized corner jetted tub with bath salts to soak your cares away. Spa robes, slippers and candles provided for your comfort and pleasure. Adirondack chairs in back yard for sipping your coffee in the midst of Amish country. Close to all the local attractions Lancaster County has to offer yet tucked away on a quiet back road.
The Cottage is a one room beauty featuring unique architecture and skylights letting in the natural light. It overlooks our flower gardens. There is a comfortable Queen size bed, sitting area and mini kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, tea kettle and Keurig coffee pot. We do not have TV as we would rather you focus on connection. There is AC, hot spot WiFi and a Bose sound system w/CD player.
And rest assured we strive for spotless cleanliness. We also provide a high quality air purifier so you can feel completely safe staying in our space.
You will likely see our Amish neighbors walking, pushing scooters or riding in their buggies using the farm lane right beside the cottage. You look out over our gardens and are welcome to sit and relax outdoors in our gorgeous outdoor garden patio.
We are just minutes away from many local attractions. The town of Intercourse is famous for Kitchen Kettle Village and horse and AAA Buggy Rides. We are also close to the Rockvale Square and Tanger Outlets as well as Strasburg Railroad, Sight and Sound Theater and so much more. We are within a few miles of famous Amish cooking restaurants such as Bird In Hand Family Restaurant, Miller’s Smorgasbord, Dienner’s Country Restaurant and Katie’s Kitchen.
The mini kitchenette contains dorm size refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee pot with K cups and creamer/sugar. The bathroom in addition to the oversized corner tub has a shower and commode equipped with a Tushy Bidet. There are several skylights and plentiful windows in the cottage creating a beautiful atmosphere of space and lighting.

The cottage was so quaint and exactly as described. They went above and beyond with all of the details - coffee maker, ice available, small fridge, drinking glasses and plates, robes and slippers and they even had local items to make smores. The host was super responsive and checked to make sure everything was going well. Will definitely be returning!

The cottage was perfect and the location was as well. Quiet area but close to everything. Everything was clean and a lot of extra amenities to make our stay comfortable. The host was very responsive thru text when asked for some meal recommendations as well as any other info we needed for our stay. It could not have been any better!

Everything was immaculate and nice, but the lack of TV was a negative, and also to much light . The sky lights were a negative I went there to relax, not to be awakened with early morning lights
