This unit is part of the newly constructed River Gorge Condos. The condos are right on the Tennessee River. You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This unit is on the second floor of the building. This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! We also can offer last minute booking discounts for all seasons except the summer and holidays!
The Condo has all new Kitchen appliances. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv with basic cable and wifi. There is also a community grill that is available for use!
If you love the water, we have a brand new double-decker boat dock! It's perfect for fishing, swimming, or putting kayaks into the water! The roof top is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and the sun!
Our location is just minutes from great trails and other activities if you love the outdoors. Prentice cooper is only a few minutes away, and Signal Mountain is just 10 minutes away! Both have great trails with bluff views! We are also only 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. There are many great restaurants, the TN aquarium, and other tourists attractions down there.
