River Gorge Condo! Mountain and River Views! 10 minutes from Downtown Chatt!

The host was incredibly kind and provide 5 star service. Location was perfect with amazing views.

Views of the river are amazing in a locale that feels very secluded in a very hilly, woodsy area off of a very narrow mountain road, which is what we were looking for but we also wanted privacy from other people and a place to sit out, relax, enjoy the views and maybe even enjoy the river. From the promotional photos (of kayaks and boats launches) it looks like you can do all that but when you get there, it's not the case. There is a balcony on the unit that's narrow and very small, but condo rules disallow any talking of any kind on that balcony after 9:00 p.m. or before 7 a.m., so we never sat out there. Besides that, it was really not private at all, with the balconies of adjoining units next to you. And what looks like a sundeck in the promotion photos is actually the public sundeck on the condo boat dock. We were welcome to use it but we didn't go out there one time cuz it didn't feel private and it wasn't arranged very attractively, so we just stayed inside, cooked a great meal our first day and spent the rest of the time enjoying downtown Chattanooga and seeing the usual sites. Be warned that the city is about a 20 minute drive but supermarket is less than 10 minutes away which was good. It was an OK stay and not really worth what we paid in my opinion but we enjoyed it; just manage your expectations.

Cute, clean, comfortable, wonderful views, and a great location. I could write more, but I would just be repeating myself. This is a great property and the price point is proper. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

Space was very nice for our stay. We enjoyed a view of the TN river with the ducks. TY for providing an excellent property close to our event on Signal Mountain.
