Located next door to the Ritz Carlton with gorgeous views of the blue waters of Sarasota Bay, the John Ringling bridge, Downtown Sarasota and the Sarasota marina, this 7th floor condo has it all. There is no smoking – no exceptions.
Guests will be required to fill out an application and a background check will be completed by the sunset towers condominium association. No guest will be able to occupy the condo without approval from the association. Allow approximately 30 days for the condo background check & approval.

We stayed for 3 months, and thoroughly enjoyed it. As advertised, the unit was newly renovated a few months earlier, and was nicely appointed and modern. Location right at the foot of the Ringling Bridge was excellent, although there was road noise, especially when the sliders were open. We enjoyed daily walks up to St. Armands circle, as well as downtown Sarasota. Our hosts Mark and Kristin Repp were attentive and responsive. We got to meet several neighbors in the building, and made good friends. Overall, a great place to stay!
