I had a good stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk, the room attendants, and even the security guards were all friendly, professional, and helpful. They were flexible and willing to assist with any requests...
The shower had strong water pressure. The best part is the location.. it is connected to Robinson Mall, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city.
Almost everything is provided on request. If you need extra tissues or other basic items, you have to call and ask for them. Toiletries were also not provided in the room. The air-conditioning worked but was not very cold during my stay.
I also noticed some dust and mold around at the side tables, which made it seem like the room had not been occupied for a while.
