    Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were given a room where the previous guest had already complained about the air conditioning, and despite maintenance trying to fix and replace the unit, the room still wasn’t cool enough. The room telephone and TV remote were also not working throughout our stay, so we had to go downstairs whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast and pool were good, and the staff did try to help, but it was frustrating to be given a room with known issues, especially when we were there to celebrate our son’s birthday. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns and checks rooms properly before assigning them to guests.
