It was wonderful! This was our 2nd stay and we will come back again and again. This villa is beautiful and super, super clean. Mark, thank you so much for the muffins and fruit. We felt right at home. Peaceful and cozy. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for an alternative to stuffy hotel rooms AND the fact it is a much better value. Thanks again!

The day before our trip, I asked for an address, and we were very disappointed to find out this property was part of a resort. We had decided to book through VRBO because we wanted to stay somewhere more private, and didn't want to stay at a busy resort. There is no outside privacy at this property. Also, we could have booked through the resort for much less and it would have also included the water park admission. Apparently the listing has now been updated to state that this is a villa in the resort. Too late for us. The property itself was very nice, well stocked and clean, and very close to Matthiessen Park and Starved Rock.
