Come relax and enjoy the fresh air in this Vacation Villa located inside the Grand Bear Resort. (PRIVITE OWN, INDEPENDET FROM GRAND BEAR RESORT, No Water Park Passes are included) NO GUARANTEE ON WATER PARK PASSES AVAILABILITY!
This beautiful 2-story home is decorated with rustic log style furnishings. The generous 1,800 square foot Villa sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, comforting fireplaces, televisions, a patio, 2 balconies, washer/dryer, kitchen & dining area.
The kitchen is complete with all major appliances dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, single cup coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, eating utensils and basic cookware. To maximize your rental experience please consider bringing any special items you may need. There is a 24 hr convince store located inside the resort lobby, should you forget something.
-The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, pull out twin sofa sleeper, fireplace, TV, private vanity and whirlpool tub.
-The Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds, TV and balcony.
-Folding bed available

Pet friendly, very clean, very spacious! A nice big dining room table for cards at night, very conveniently located near the two state parks, with the parking for the St. Louis canyon trail just across from the lodge within walking distance. Would absolutely stay again!

Didnt sleep because neighbors were loud. Overall place was nice and was great location for the hikes!!

Martin was an excellent host! Villa was clean and comfortable. Fireplaces were so cozy and jacuzzi tub was a dream! Already looking forward to our next stay

I had to call VRBO customer service to get a hold of my host in order to receive the site address and access code for the rental. Customer service was able to get in touch with the host so it luckily worked out, but it was stressful on the day-of still waiting on necessary information for our vacation. Cleanliness was just okay; there was loose hair throughout the bathrooms upon arrival. No extra blankets for beds. Kitchen supplies were okay, but definitely limited. I've stayed in these cabins before and other units were cleaner and offered more overall supplies for the same nightly price.
