Location, friendly staff, coffee and tea always available for free.
Breakfast was pretty basic. A roll with a piece of processed meat, I would suggest adding a piece of fruit and maybe juice. Also hard boiled egg instead of the meat as an option.

Amer and Abdallah are friendly and super helpful. We stayed at the other one by the beach and the location is great as it is close to everything.
The bathrooms are a bit old and need some renovations.

Great air conditioning in the room, friendly family willing to help you, great to have free water and tea. Useful notice board with trips and advice
