This beautiful luxury ocean front Hacienda style Cabo Villa is located at the summit of the world famous Pedregal gated community on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas. Casa Vista Hermosa offers spectacular panoramic Pacific Ocean views and beach views from every room. Casa Vista Hermosa occupies one of the best view parcels in Cabo, built on and into the Pedregal hillside. This panoramic Ocean View must be seen and simply can not be explained. You don't just see the view, you feel it! In addition to the common rooms and decks, every bedroom in the Villa has an unobstructed ocean view.
The Villa is set so that, for most of the year, the sun rises from one side of the deck and sets to the other side---offering remarkable sunrises and sunsets.
Quiet and secluded on the Pacific side of the scenic landmark Cabo Land’s End arch and Marina, the hillside that separates this villa from downtown will make you feel as if you are in your own private paradise, even though just minutes away from the many appeals of downtown Cabo San Lucas. Upon your arrival and entry through the large hand cast double front door of Casa Vista Hermosa, you will enter into a great room with a breathtaking expansive view of blue sea and sky. You will feel right at home as you relax in the spacious great room under the beautiful brick domed ceiling, or lounge on the equally spacious upper deck by the infinity pool and hot tub. The entire back of the home can be opened up to the pool terrace, with the ocean as the backdrop.
Have a cool drink in the walk in Bar located just off of the great room, or on either of the two large decks. The villa is spacious, so you can come together in the great room/pool terrace, or enjoy privacy.
Cook up some fresh Cabo fish in the gourmet kitchen, on BBQ island outside, or head to one of the many restaurants of Cabo San Lucas, located only minutes away. Head downstairs under the handcrafted bricked stairwell and hallway, and discover the family/media room situated between the lower level bedrooms, and yet an additional 2nd family/sleep room. We truly enjoyed this beautiful, breathtaking home & views during our trip to attend a wedding. From the spacious bedroom suites with ocean views, to the well equipped kitchen, well stocked wine cellar (for purchase), to all the places to relax, read a book, get a massage or just simply go in the pool/hot tub. The manager was extremely helpful with any questions and/or concerns we encountered. It was located a short walk or shuttle ride to the nearby Mountain Club restaurant within Pedragal. Checking in and out was seamless. Ana our housecleaner was priceless. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!

Amazing property. Amazing views. Amazing service and amenities. The house is near the top of the mountain. We walked to the beach one day and it was good exercise to walk back. The daily housekeeping was an unexpected plus. They made beds and even did laundry. The management company is responsive and can handle any need. The onsite chef is worth every penny and cheaper than going out to eat. I suggest you rent a car because the taxis in and out of the neighborhood are incredibly expensive (90 round trip to the grocery store). Also food delivery is expensive (50 delivery, 90 of you want it same day). Everyone wants cash, so bring a lot. Like 2,000 for a week.

Everything about the property was perfect. The house is gorgeous. The views are spectacular. The property management/hosts were welcoming, very detailed, attentive and quick to respond. The owner was warm, gracious, easy to work with and very helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. Definitely recommend this property for your next vacation.

This is an amazing villa, more than we expected. The pictures don't do it justice. The view is absolutely amazing! The villa is clean and well maintained in a beautiful location and neighborhood and property. Leslie, the owner, was helpful from day one and Anna our full time maid was at our service. Sylvia the manager was great at setting up all our requests and reservations and excursions. We absolutely loved the infinity pool with had a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean, unobstructed. The telescope was a great touch. We will be returning for sure. Can't wait!
