Welcome to our newly remodeled 5 bedroom 6 bathroom house. Nothing else compares on the beach around San Juan Del Sur.

We love Remanso beach, it is the closest beach to the town of San Juan Del Sur. Enjoy the surf in the morning before anyone else shows up, or in the evening after everyone else is gone. After surfing walk to the house and enjoy the salt water pool and Barbecue.
Extra guests (over 10 people) are additional 30$ per person per night.
Seasonal rates apply for Holy Week, Christmas, and New Years.

The property is amazing. The stuff greeted us and help us with our luggage. Communication with the host is great. We love cooking, the kitchen was well equiped making it easy for us to prepare delicious meals for ur party. The grill and pool are are excellent. A short walk to the beach where you can book surfing classes with Surf Coach Sergio Calderón. I would definitely return to Villa Mariposa.

Really great spot for a family trip. The house was comfortable, clean, and had enough space for all of us without feeling crowded. The sunsets were beautiful and being able to walk to the beach was a big plus. Would definitely come back.

What more can I say! This was probably the perfect spot. Regardless of the long drive from Managua airport to get here, it was well worth the travel. The beach is a short 1-2 minute walk from the front door and is very relaxing/secluded. The house is still close enough to San Juan del Sur that if you want to go into the city for groceries or a night out on the town, it's a short taxi away. We took multiple surf lessons and had no problem enjoying activities/tours right there on the beach. There were great waves for beginners and it wasn't crowded.
The house itself is massive and exactly like the pictures. The house keepers were willing to provide cooking, driving, and more for a very reasonable price and made us feel very comfortable throughout our journey.
I would recommend this place more stars if I could.
