Clean, family friendly home located in a quiet neighborhood in historic Monument, Colorado. We offer all the amenities of a hotel at a fraction of the price. Close access to the United States Air Force Academy, and only a short drive to Colorado Springs. Available for short or long-term stays. Great home and very close to the Air Force Base. We were there for a tournament and couldn't have been happier with the home and location. The owner was immediately responsive to the couple of questions that we did have, and provided great insight on the area.

We travel frequently to watch our granddaughters play softball and this was probably the best experience we’ve had. The property was everything advertised and more. Plenty of room and the furnishings were in excellent condition. The entire home was super clean. It was just like being at home. The neighborhood is close to many things and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard.Adam was really easy to work with. We didn’t have any issues which was amazing but when I had questions, he was quick to respond and always very friendly.We loved our stay!

Nice place. Responsive owner. Clean. Lots of space. Nice neighborhood. Felt very residential but was easy to get to stores for groceries and quick to the interstate. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful, clean, spacious and very convenient to all our events. The owner was always quick to respond to all emails before and after our visit. I would definitely stay here again.
