Property for rent LEGALLY REGISTERED at the City Hall of Paris. On the “rive gauche” of the Seine, just a few meters from the impressive Notre Dame and from the magic Ile Saint-Louis, the apartment “Charming Maître Albert” stands as a hidden gem of refined beauty.
If you are so lucky as to stay there, you will make the unique experience to live in a true Parisian house getting the feeling of intimacy that only a beautiful apartment of this kind can give …quite different from a hotel!
70 mq “Charming Maître Albert” has a nice and large living room with two windows, a bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom (with shower), a bureau room with a single bed, a main bathroom with a tub/shower and a kitchen.
To go to the main bedroom you have to pass through the bureau room.
The antique furniture, the splendid carpets on the floor and on the walls, the books on the shelves, everything embraces the apartment in a warm, unique Parisien aura.
The rooms decorated with objects and furniture of the past as two armchairs of the late 18th century or a Chinese little piece of furniture of the early 19th century, a 17th century Chinese table in the kitchen a Persian “kilim” in the bureau, paintings and art objects…
The flat is on first french floor (Second US floor). No elevator, but there are only fifteen/twenty steps.

The apartment location, location, location. Fabulous position, easy access to the area. The stairs, despite being very old and polished, are very narrow and difficult to manoeuvre. The Wifi was variable, you had to watch the TV in the main bedroom, and walk around the apartment for phone access. This wifi would not be reliable if you were required to work while staying.

Wonderful property, perfect location! The property manager was so awesome in giving us the tour, telling us about the neighborhood and restaurant recommendations. We loved it!!

We’ve stayed here three times and loved it for its charm and peace in the middle of everywhere you want to be.
My son ended up sleeping on the lounge as the single bed is very uncomfortable. Quite funny because the lounge is uncomfortable to sit on. A couple of nice armchairs would be perfect. Apart from that I can’t imagine a better place to stay.
