Townsend Place is located on the banks of Beaver Creek next to a children’s park.
This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, deck area with a gas grill, and a large master suite with a king size bed. Also to note, is a flat screen TV with HD in the living area and a queen sofa sleeper for a little extra sleeping space. There is an assigned ski locker on the lower level, one of the largest hot tubs in Beaver Creek on site, and building-wide free wifi. Ski-In/Out access is via the Elkhorn Chairlift (#14). All of this is located just a short three minute walk to the center of Beaver Creek Village. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $100 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Everything was super easy. I LOVED not needing a key, just opening a combination lock. The location was very good, Lee was very accessible and helpful with details.

The kitchen was well appointed.we asked for more towels, and they were delivered within minutes.The hot tub was outstanding! The whole condo met out needs and the location was unbeatable!

The Townsend is conveniently located to the Beaver Creek Village...lifts, rentals, shops and restaurants. Very quiet and beautiful.

The host was wonderful, very responsive and helpful. We love the location of the condo, and while I’m ok with staying in something that is dated, I wish it was cleaner. There was a very strong odor in the kitchen, probably from the sink, that was very unpleasant.
