The unit is immaculate, maintained, updated yearly, well stocked and offers the necessities and has many amenities. The comfortable queen sleeper in the living room will accommodate additional guest(s). The complex has a hot tub and there is a free shuttle available to all guests for Beaver Creek and Batchelor Gulch outings.

Everything went smoothly from the time we booked with our host until we left. The condo was exactly as listed. We have stayed in quite a few condos and houses but this one tops the list for amenities provided and cleanliness. So much attention and thought has been given as to what their guests might need. It’s a perfect place. Bed was comfortable; the creek is beside you; furnishings were first class; kitchen was stocked amazingly well. We will be back.

This condo was beautifully decorated. It really has everything you need. The kitchen as very well equipped. The view and sound of the river below was so relaxing. It was a very easy and pretty walk to the market square where all the stores and restaraunts are. We enjoyed the summer concert series there. We would definately stay here again.

The condo was excellent - clean, perfectly positioned within the Beaver Creek community (right next to the roaring creek which is like a lullaby at night) and the balcony afforded us cool evenings for conversation and stargazing. Anyone who stays here will have want of nothing. It’s so well-appointed and comfortable. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Beaver Creek.

This was an awesome property. It was located right on the river and you could hear the rushing water even with the windows closed. An easy walk to the village. The condo itself was very comfortable and quite lovely. I have not been in a VRBO in recent years that was so well stocked. It had absolutely everything we needed - no running to the grocery store for a roll of toilet paper or a new spice every day. Thank you so much Greg and Suzanne for the use of your lovely home.

The condo is great. The fact that it is a corner unit is a real plus. It lets in a lot more light, and provides much better views. For a one bedroom it is very large. A short walk to the ski village, and very convenient ski in ski out. There is a shuttle bus that can take you almost any where in town.

The place was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family of 4. We were able to ski in and out of the condo via the Elkhorn lift despite the late season warm weather. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for great week skiing. The village was within a 5 minute walk as well which was very convenient. We would defintely recommend this property and its management.

The condo is very convenient to the Elkhorn lift, just a few steps to ski to the lift. Ski in right to the condo. It is also very close to the ski village, maybe 25 yards to the village entrance of shops and restaurants. It is in great shape.

Our family of four stayed at this location and really enjoyed it. It was clean, accurately represented and an easy walk to the village. Close enough that you can carry your skis with you reasonably comfortably. The highlight was the hot tub - which can often be overcrowded on ski weekends - as it was always available. My kids looked forward to it each day. Thank you so much!

This was our first visit to Beaver Creek and the location of this condo was perfect. A true ski in and ski out. Step out of the condo on the trail that leads to the lift was fantastic. And the overall location of 5 minute slow walk to the town square with great restaurants and shops. With respect to the description of the condo. It was dead on. the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Plus many seasonings to add to your cooking needs. The hot tub and fireplace added the finishing touches. Note: the bed was very comfortable which is critical to me after a long day of skiing. Will return and rent again in the future.

We enjoyed staying in this unit a lot! It was a short walk to the village a ski in/ski out. There is a little road to take down to the unit below Strawberry lift and Elkhorn lift to take up the mountain. It was quiet and everything was clean. Pretty views too!

Great property with a true ski in ski out location. Go out back, strap your skis on and ski down through a small park to the Elk Horn lift which only services the condos that surround the park. The condo was just as it appears on VRBO. It was also well furnished and included some items that we didn’t expect. I will be coming back!

We found this lovely unit about 3 years ago and this was our 3rd visit. We just love everything about it. As everyone else mentioned the owner thinks of absolutely everything to make your stay as comfy as possible. Communication is seamless and quick. We hated to leave but BC is only 2 hours away so we will be back!

Pictures don't do this lovely corner condo justice. The living area is larger than expected, well-maintained and spotless and the kitchen was organized and stocked with essentials. The cozy bedroom featured an amazingly comfortable bed and spacious master bath. Besides all the comforts of home, our favorite features were the windows and balcony overlooking both the mountains and nearby rushing river. The beautiful aspens give the second-floor unit total privacy and a tree-house affect. We spent mornings and evenings on the balcony basking in the cool temps and enjoying the beauty. We appreciated the two covered parking garage options and the clean secure lobby, elevator and stairwells. All the years we've visited the area, this was our first stay in Beaver Creek. We were pleasantly surprised at the peace and quiet, as well as the convenience of walking along paved paths to Beaver Creek restaurants, galléries, shops and activities. The owners were responsive and provided clear, concise instructions. We loved this condo and hope to return.

Wonderful condo next to a stream which was lovely to listen to all night! Very comfortable unit with EVERYTHING we needed ( even tools and batteries). Having two bathrooms as a bonus! 700 steps to the bottom of the lift in Beaver Creek which we took to the top of the mountain to hike. The best VRBO we have experienced! We would LOVE to come back!
