Large BBQ and deck furniture on main deck. Tranquil privacy minutes from Okanagan and Skaha Lakes. Enjoy a wine tour or relax looking over the valley. Hike or bike on back country trails or rock climb at Skaha Bluffs. Attend festivals in the area - Elvis Festival, Peach Festival, Jazz Festival, Meadowlark Festival Ironman Canada and then retreat to the relaxing atmosphere of this home. This home is well suited for families, with an open layout. Located close to small fishing lakes, cross country ski, quad and hiking trails. Free Rural Wifi (which is not high speed)

Nice place, great views .. nature abound. Clean, spacious house, all the amenities you need. Nice outdoor areas, friendly attentive host and close but not too close to town …. O the SUNSETS !!!!

There was a significant miscommunication about the sleeping arrangements. We requested 4 separate beds and were told an air mattress could be set up in the “back room” which was a very small laundry/ wood storage room which was not suitable for a sleeping area and would not accommodate the queen air mattress provided. We ended up having to put the air mattress in the living room.
The other three rooms were acceptable. The three bathrooms were fine. The water heater is on a timer which would have been good to know. We would have liked to have a working kettle, can opener, a few more serving bowls, and staples such as storage containers, sugar, coffee. The fridge freezer was full but it was quickly emptied when requested. The deck and view was great and overall we made it work for our family.

House was wonderfully cool after a long day at the beach. The deck was used every day for suppers and enjoying sunsets with the family. We are making plans already to come back next summer
