• Master suite with King size bed, walk-in closet, small work desk, wall-mounted TV and lots of morning sun, plus a master bath with step-in shower and dramatic floor to ceiling tile.
• Second bedroom with Queen Casper cooling mattress, large closet and wall-mounted TV
• Hall bath with marble flooring and step-in shower
• Stacked washer/dryer inside the home
• Oversized front deck with large cushioned sofa, gas BBQ and landscape for added privacy
• Entry/sand porch convenient for storing beach gear and hanging towels. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, along with beach towels all provided!
After a complete renovation, we are offering this home to rent for the first time. Sedgwick House is especially suited for people in search of a unique, high quality and authentic experience. We continue to offer free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, but STRONGLY SUGGEST TRIP INSURANCE (offered at check-out) to protect you for cancellations inside 30 days.
The Sedgwick properties altogether include the 1BR/1BA cottage (VRBO listing #884439) at the rear of the house and the "tiny house living" studio (listing #925206), also at the rear of the property. This is a 1925 Old Florida beach property that has been completely transformed into one of the finest residential properties on the beach.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-ins okay.

The property was beautiful and 3 minutes from beach. When we got there housekeeper had not cleaned for our arrival but property owner responded right away and it was taken care quickly. She also promised to refund me 200 back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! 50 Steps to the beach and close to the stip. New Pickleball courts within walking distance were a nice surprise too. Beautiful house and very clean! Would go back in a heartbeat!
