Welcome to Beachview Condominiums! Immerse yourself in the beautiful Gulf Shores, AL, scenery; this condominium is nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores, just across from the beach, The Hangout, and nearby many other attractions and restaurants. This is the perfect location for beach fun and fresh Gulf seafood.
This beautifully-decorated condo is a 3-bedroom/ 2-bathroom unit waiting to host you and your party! Chill out and watch some TV or just relax in the living room that runs into the dining room and kitchen to form a spacious, open floor plan. All of your loved ones will enjoy how connected the whole party will be. The kitchen is fully stocked to fulfill your cooking needs.
The lovely Master bedroom holds a queen-size bed and connects to the Master bathroom holding a walk-in shower. The next bedroom holds one double-size bed and a Smart TV for our guests' entertainment. The last bedroom is furnished with two double-sized beds for your little ones! Another full sized bathroom is available containing a tub/shower combo to soak away the sun and sand of the day!
Sunny Daze offers many amenities for you that we are sure you will appreciate:

- Covered Parking (1 pass per unit)
- Communal Laundry Machines- down the hall and priced at $1.75 a load.
- Walking Distance from the Beach

Don't forget to bring:
While Lucky Bird provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
Beachview 200 is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Monthly rental rates are available November 1st - March 1st.

Great location and nice property. Would rent again. Easy check in and check out. Slightly dated but didn’t spend much time there anyway. Could do a little more up keep to make sure everything works properly.

The location is absolutely great. The condo itself could use some updating but still was a good place to stay. We had issues with the toilets when we first arrived. The master bathroom toilet would not flush at all. After I removed the back it worked fine just a part in there on wrong I assume The guest bathroom wouldn’t flush unless you added water to it. By the second day it was finally flushing correctly. None of the lamps worked and there was a sheer white curtain over the master bedroom window. I found a darker one in the closet that I put over it and it helped a lot. The fridge doesn’t have an ice maker or ice trays like other places we’ve stayed at so you’ll definitely need ice I sent an email about toilets right after we checked in on 6/29/25. Still have not received a reply on 7/7/25 on the matter. It all ended up working out after we got the toilet situations resolved. Overall it’s a good place that serves the purpose. Because of the location I’d definitely stay again.

Tv in living room was not working right and the lights in living room and bedroom 3 keep flashing bright to deam and I killed a roach in bedroom 3
