Victorian on Union Street, right up from the Courthouse and all the downtown shops, activities, and fun! Quiet location overlooking trees, Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain. Just outside the commercial area on a quiet street with a center island. Just a short walk down Union Street to the Courthouse and downtown area. If you like art and an eclectic environment this is the getaway for you. Relax on the front porch for your morning coffee. Take in scenic views and a private setting in the upper deck.
Enclosed back yard for your pooch or just relaxing. Barbeque. Roku and High-Speed Internet!

Was a wonderful location! Perfect base for Prescott activities and had everything we needed. Spent many hours on the porch reading, watching and saying hello to the people going by. Have signed up for 2020.

Cute Victorian home that has what you need for your stay. Has a fenced yard with a small dog door perfect if you have a dog. So close to downtown yet no noise. Steve is very attentive. You really can't beat the value. One bedroom is upstairs, one is downstairs, perfect for three people. Has two window ac units which kept the place cool very well.
