It was super cute.
It was above average temperature in Prescott and the AC window units didn't keep up. Kitchen faucet was difficult to turn off completely. Water drip was annoying.
We were warned about the stairs and lack of accessibility, and they were not kidding.

Good, quiet location; very good access to shopping and downtown.
Beds way too small; not a well stocked kitchen for those who don’t eat out and wish to prepare their own meals; shower needs a grip bar to hold onto.
