About this apartment rental
Enjoy modern luxury in this well appointed Vail Village condo featuring hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and more. Perfect blend of comfort and style in a prime location. This two bedroom suite features 1000 square feet of living space with vaulted ceilings; one king bed; two twins (can be set as a king); full kitchen; deck and in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Nine Vail Road Condos are surrounded by the Four Seasons Hotel, located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Vail Realty was super easy to deal with. Check in was simple right at their office. Their property manager stopped by right after check in to make sure everything was perfect. would definitely stay here again and use Vail Realty!

The perfect location right in Vail Village and a very short walk to Lionshead. Very comfortable and clean. We had a lovely stay!

The location is great in the heart of Vail village. Gondola is at a 5 min walk and bus stop is few hundred yds. However the maintenance of the property is poor, poorly lit, has broken blinds and towel bars are broken. Had an issue with hot water on the last evening.
