Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.
THE SPACE
Located in Orlando's prestigious Vista Cay community and offering 2000 sf of pure luxury. Stylish open plan living area/kitchen and a fabulous dining room. 3 spacious bedrooms will comfortably sleep 6 guests - 8 including small children. The comfortable living area comes with a 55” Smart TV, DVD, games console and premium cable. Open plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area for a quick breakfast to gourmet dining. The large dining table also doubles as a conference table for in-house business meetings. All the comforts of home and more!

2 king size bedrooms plus 2 full beds in the third bedroom include with every comfort you might hope for. Upgraded pillow top mattresses. Top quality linens, flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans. The master bath includes a garden tub with separate shower and his-n-hers vanity area. A full-size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains. The large, beautifully furnished lanai is the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day and watch the sunset and the lovely views over Lake Cay with Sea World fireworks.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.
LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

The condo was very spacious and nice; our only issue was some roaches

The apartment was beautifully finished and spotless throughout. There is so much space with three large bedrooms and plenty of space in the living area. The sofa was really comfortable and the outside seating area was really nice too. The kitchen and breakfast bar was also great, so we could get fueled before heading out for the day. It was great to be able to use the vista cay clubhouse which has a large pool, fitness room and bar just around the corner from the apartment. Lin was really friendly, helpful and flexible. Id really recommend choosing this apartment for your stay in Orlando. Its perfect if youre going to the conference centre as its walking distance. Its also a really short drive to the theme parks and restaurant areas.
