The master bath includes a garden tub with separate shower and his-n-hers vanity area. A full-size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains. The large, beautifully furnished lanai is the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day and watch the sunset and the lovely views over Lake Cay with Sea World fireworks.
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community from Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse and China Tea (take out only) and Chipotle. The condo was very spacious and nice; our only issue was some roaches

The apartment was beautifully finished and spotless throughout. There is so much space with three large bedrooms and plenty of space in the living area. The sofa was really comfortable and the outside seating area was really nice too. The kitchen and breakfast bar was also great, so we could get fueled before heading out for the day. It was great to be able to use the vista cay clubhouse which has a large pool, fitness room and bar just around the corner from the apartment. Lin was really friendly, helpful and flexible. Id really recommend choosing this apartment for your stay in Orlando. Its perfect if youre going to the conference centre as its walking distance. Its also a really short drive to the theme parks and restaurant areas.
