Welcome to our cozy 2BR condo at The Smuggs, nestled in the heart of Cambridge, VT. Our condo is the perfect retreat for guests seeking adventure and relaxation, with easy access to a variety of outdoor activities in every season.
In the winter, enjoy ski equipment rentals and being just a short walk from the lifts. After a long day on the slopes, come back and relax in the living room, complete with a fireplace and full-size sleeper sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a hearty meal and the dining table comfortably seats six. The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, a Jacuzzi tub, and a TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for kids or friends. The condo can accommodate up to six guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
Our resort amenities include a golf driving range, tennis court, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, laundry facilities, bar, BBQ area, deli/snack bar, hot tub, picnic area, fitness center, water park, convenience store, fire pit, and more! In the summer, explore the hiking and biking trails, fish in nearby streams and lakes, or play a round of golf on the stunning course.

At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $99 for a new guest certificate. Can’t get a better location in the village at Smuggs - steps away from lift, restaurants, and market. Unit is dated, but in very good working order, and honestly just goes with the retro charm of the resort.

Nice size unit though two of the four beds are twins and cannot be shared. I did not catch the non refundable disclosure before booking and then soon after booking discovered it was an hour drive to Stowe (I’ve never been to Vermont, lesson learned). It was frustrating the owner did not leave that as a disclosure in the listing or let me cancel 90 minutes after booking it. But overall the unit was very nice and resort has convenient amenities.

Accommodations were good and met all expectations. While the accommodations were good, we've become very dissappointed with Smugglers lack of response to update skiing and mountain amenities. The base lodge at Madonna is extremely outdated, the black bear bar/restaurant is 1/2 the size it should be and might be the worst in all of vermont. The accomodations through Wyndham are good, but the mountain is no longer desireable for a vacation.
