This is a historic 3 floor building on the 5th Avenue of the Arts in downtown Nashville. In the early 1900s it was the Armstrong Corset Shop. Over the last several years we have renovated the 3rd floor & roof into 3 unique lofts.
It's got a 17' spiral stair that we welded in place which leads to a private rooftop deck in the middle of downtown. Stained concrete floors. Exposed brick & 4 skylights. Custom welded farm table & coffee table. 2 king-size beds. Antique dressers, rug, buffet, chesterfield. Vintage porcelain barn & army lights. A french press. A cocktail shaker. A nespresso machine. 55" TV.

Your loft has a private rooftop deck that only you have access to. It has hanging tea lights for a nice summertime ambience.

We were obsessed with our place on this trip! The loft was so much bigger than expected and the location was PERFECT. Easy walk to broadway and actually a distillery on the first floor. Would 100% stay here again

Perfect location. Easy walk to the middle of Broadway, but away from the noise. Coffee shops, restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our short 2 nights here! Fun roof top patio and clean cool rooms allowed us all to sleep well!

Can’t say enough about this property. Vijay went over the top on his attention to every detail giving it such an unique feel. The amenities provided left such a nice touch, and anytime we had a question he was there with an immediate response. Was our first time in Nashville, and the location was perfect!!!! We were able to walk everywhere. We can’t wait to come back.
