This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Beautiful decor, perfect location. Love the double locking doors. Great set up of everything you need. We had to text to get the second door code but they responded immediately. Small issue with the air conditioner in second bedroom. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Would rent again!

Overall, we had a good time. It was super close to Broadway. We were able to walk everywhere from the property. The few small issues we had were that of the trash not being emptied from the previous guests. There was another issue of the online listing saying that there’s a queen bed in the living room, but it turns out it’s just an air mattress that you have to blow up, we also ended the trip by finding a cockroach in the living room. Finally, the overall property was decent, the walls are super thin, you can hear all the neighbors and the business next door. We still had a great time and made the most of it.
