Location was great - close to my sister's home, the beach and a Tesco Express was across the road. The bed was large and comfortable. There's a pub across the other road that serves food.
Parking was adequate - but a little challenging as it required reversing off a busy road into a tight space. We had to close the windows as the road was busy resulting in traffic noise. Please note: These are observations and not complaints as both of these point were known before we booked.

I booked the property for my colleagues as they were filming at the beach for a documentary about Nick ashill Endurance runner, who is currently running the length of Britain raising money and awareness for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust.
Location was perfect for the Beach, and parking on site was perfect for the van and equipment and cameras. Really lovely place.

Easy to access using key safe. Rooms spotless and comfortable bed. Little extras left in fridge for use - butter, milk, jams.

First impressions good,
The room was cold, poor quality bedding and soggy bed and flat pillows
