The little touches like a tea / coffee / milk / jams etc as a starter pack and a Tesco Express opposite for further supplies. Very clean, handy fold out small desk for eating / working on. Great en-suite. On a key local bus route so handy if you don't have a car or want to use a car during your stay.

The contents of the fridge! So nice to have cold water, milk, a pat of butter, jams etc 😋

The fact I wasn't able to make use of the excellent facilities provided because I was spending all day/evening out with friends and just using the accommodation as a base to sleep.

A fantastic little gem with the courtyard being an unexpectedly good bonus. Very well equipped with really thoughtful touches such as coffee sachets / tea bags / milk and other starter essentials to get you going - with a Tesco Express nearby - should you need anything else. Also on a key bus route (700) so ideal if you're coming by public transport for connections to Chichester or Bognor Regis railway stations. Foldaway table handy for eating inside when weather is inclement.
