Finely restored in rustic style, floors and ceilings with original terracotta, composed of entrance, "open space" living area with kitchen, comfortable dining area and living room with sofa (possible third bed) and fireplace. A first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. Main bathroom with shower, small closet.
The house is located in Pari, (Tuscany, Italy).
Pari is probably the most characteristic village of the municipality of Civitella Paganico, all the houses have a stone façade, and have the particularity of developing "in a circle" (hence the saying "go around Pari"). In the village there are 2 restaurants, 1 bar, and a grocery and home shop.
The town is located 5 minutes from the Terme di Petriolo, available both "free", along the course of the Farma river, and thanks to the small but functional neighboring thermal establishment.
The position of the town is such as to allow it to be at the seaside in less than an hour (Marina di Grosseto, Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala, Monte Argentario), or in the mountains (Monte Amiata 1. 738 m.), Or trekking along the paths of the Maremma Natural Park; in half an hour you can be in Siena, Grosseto or Montalcino. The hilly streets that wind through woods, vineyards and olive groves, often with very little traffic, are particularly appreciated by cyclists and motorcyclists, while woods and dirt roads lend themselves to simple walks or more demanding trekking or even MTB tours. For enthusiasts the Monte Amiata Bike Park, also equipped with mechanized lift, is just 50km away. The area is also central to food and wine, as it is found within the DOC "Montecucco" wine, bordering on those of the "Brunello di Montalcino", of the "Monteregio di Massa Marittima" and with that of the neighboring "Morellino di Scansano". It is an ideal place for those seeking peace and tranquility, but wants to have renowned tourist, artistic, cultural and natural destinations within reach.
